Order:
Please fill up the order form at >> Order Form << , we will reply you within 24 hours.
Payment:
Please make payment within two days to our Maybank account after receiving the confirmation letter from us. The payment is not refundable after us receiving the payment.
Delivery:
For READY STOCK- Once the payment is confirmed, we will send out the parcel and the items will be received in 2- 3 days. We will inform you once we send out the parcel. We will make sure the items are in good condition before we send out the parcel to avoid unnecessary problems.
For PRE-ORDER- Items will be delivered within two weeks after the BATCH finish.
Postage Fee:
Post Laju 1-2 items RM 7 (West Malaysia)
Post Laju 1-2 items RM10 (East Malaysia)

After Received Parcel:
MUST check the items immediately once you received the parcel. Inform us after you received the parcel.
Refunds:
we ONLY ACCEPT refunds when different item model/ color/ size from the one you purchased is received. Kindly contact us within 3 days if you received the wrong items and return the items within 14 days with ORIGINAL CONDITION. Exchange stock will be send back asap. There will be no money refund unless the items you purchased are sold out. STRICTLY NO REFUND AFTER 3 DAYS YOU RECEIVED THE PARCEL.
Cash on Delivery:
We do COD in certain areas, kindly highlight us if you need this service when you send over the order form.
Restock:
ALL the ready stocks are NOT restock-able, as we want to make all the pieces limited. So, don’t hesitate if you like the items!
